Before any agent starts work, we write down together exactly what we are solving. The brief is where your process, goals and constraints become a shared starting point for everyone.
A short interview
We ask up to two rounds of clarifying questions: what the process is, who uses it and how you will recognise that the solution works. The answers go into one brief, not scattered across emails.
Context and sources
We gather your existing guides, sample documents, tools and rules. Missing information becomes an explicit question — not a silent assumption passed on to the next agent.
A plan you approve
Before building, you get a plan: which skills, agents and stages are involved, how we will test them and an estimate of the effort. We only start building once you have approved it.
