04 / Orchestration
One lead. Every decision on record.
The whole build is run by an orchestrating agent. It decides which specialist to involve and when, talks to you, and keeps a log of every phase change and decision with its reasoning.
Five possible decisions
After every review the decision is always one of five: accept when all gates pass; revise when defects are found; replan when the design is wrong; research further when facts are missing; or ask you when the allowed rounds are used up.
Rules, not mood
Decisions follow the thresholds agreed upfront: review score, test pass rates and defect severity. The same results always lead to the same decision.
Worse never replaces better
If a new version scores below the best one so far, work continues from the best. Quality that has been reached is never lost.
You stay in charge
If three rounds don't reach the goal, the lead doesn't keep going indefinitely. It brings you the options: accept the best version, run one more round or change the requirements.
