Separate roles. One coordinated whole.
Every solution is built by a team of specialist agents led by an orchestrator. Each role has its own task and its own files that only it may change — so the work stays traceable and ownership stays clear.
Research
Reader agents work through your materials and the external sources needed, in parallel. Every fact in the research is referenced so it can be checked later.
Planning
The planner designs the solution and writes the tests straight away: at least three behaviour tests, plus dozens of requests that should trigger the solution and as many that should not.
Building
The builder produces a new version from the plan and records what changed. Every version has to pass automated validation with zero errors before it is reviewed.
Orchestration
The lead agent decides who to involve and when, and keeps a decision log. When a solution needs several skills, agents or teams, each is built as its own sub-project and then assembled.
