Four building blocks. One method.
We start from what your process actually needs. Sometimes a single skill is enough; sometimes it takes a full workflow with a team of agents. Every block is built as its own sub-project and passes the same checks.
Skills
Your team's know-how, written so AI follows it: client emails in your tone, preparing quotes, formatting reports. We test that a skill triggers on the right requests and not on the wrong ones.
Agents
A specialist you can hand work to — with its own tools, model and the skills it needs, such as a contract pre-screener. We test that the right work reaches the agent and the wrong work doesn't.
Teams
Two to five agents with clear roles and handovers, plus a coordinator accountable for the whole. Each changes only its own files, so work never gets tangled.
Workflows
A complete recurring process, end to end — month-end reporting, for example: stages, the right tool for each, your approvals where the decision is yours, and automated checks that must pass.
Defects go back where they came from
If testing the whole reveals a defect in one skill or agent, it is routed to exactly that part's sub-project. The part is fixed and retested, and the whole is reassembled.
